Can I cancel monthly?+
Yes. The subscription is cancellable every month, with no notice period.
Do I need a POS integration?+
No. With receipt scanning customers earn without a POS link. If you use Winston or another POS, you connect it easily.
What happens after the trial?+
You try Complete free for 14 days. After that you choose: continue with Complete, or fall back to the free plan. Either way your calendar keeps working, so you never lose your appointments.
Is everything really in the price?+
Yes. One price, all features — including every new feature we add later. No hidden costs or add-ons.
What happens to collected points if I stop paying?+
They stay. Your customers can still redeem them at the counter; no new points are added while you are on the free plan. Move back to Complete later and everything is set up exactly as you left it.
What is the difference between Stamp and Complete?+
Stamp is for anyone who wants exactly one thing: a digital stamp card. Ten coffees, the eleventh free, on your customer's phone and in Google Wallet. Complete adds points, VIP tiers, gift cards, newsletters, receipt scanning and the till integrations. The calendar is in both, and in the free plan.
